the spawn points are put there by the game for 'emergency' spawns, like when there are no other safe spawns - there have been reports of people spawning there in actual games when the bomb plant is being rushed, and during very laggy games

as to the unfounded calls of 'cheating'- this is NOT an example of cheating - the other team would have scored on them WAY before they could set this up - you should have no fear of this happening in MM, it is simply old-school Halo tricking, HIH style
