Everyone has their own interpretation of how matchups go, but Boxer's matchup against Honda is at least even. Both characters are capable of turtling quite well against the other once he has a good lead.
Sim's only serious trouble match is Claw anyway. Sim/Claw/Boxer has a bit of a rock/scissors/paper situation. Sim being paper, Boxer being rock and Claw being scissor.
That dhalsim was hardcore..didnt eve lose 20% from his health :o

I used the magnifying glass that I conveniently keep next to my computer. Gian did in fact lose 23% health in the second round.

My monitor is exactly the right size where every one percent of a characters health is one pixel, and thus, I can conclude that jms is correct.
Gian just seemed like a man against boys there.
