I sent him a legal letter, in Russian, in the form of a single, direct interrogatory, requiring only a simple "yes" or "no" answer. He responded, in Russian, in the form of a simple direct statement, essentially saying that what we've been told about the "SATP" is "clear fabrication." After further investigation, I found out why. But I cannot disclose just yet, for reasons I cannot disclose just yet. I am prepared to take an oath under penalty of perjury they are true and correct.

@ValValiantThor What is a "legal letter" and why would Leonov feel compelled to respond, truthfully or otherwise? "Essentially saying" is a prevarication. Either he affirmed your theory or he didn't. Which was it? You have proof but you can't disclose it and we're expected to trust you're telling the truth because you say you are. At the same time you're saying NASA is lying because they either refuse to comment or deny your claims.

The last Human Mission on the Moon was Apollo 17 December , 1972.

Right... so before NASA launched Apollo 15, congress cut NASA's budget and cancelled the last three lunar missions (18 19 and 20). But somehow, Aleksey A. It appears that what you are saying is (rather incorrectly), only "NASA" (and not the USAF or the National Reconnaissance Office) can launch a Saturn V moon rocket. Such an assertion is absurdly false. The NRO and USAF have launched more spacecraft than all the world, including NASA, combined. It is well within the NRO's province and capability to send USAF/CIA pilots to the moon and has been for at least 40 years.

@ValValiantThor horsecrap!... NRO/AF launches are from "vandy land" ( vandenburg afb ca.Tthey launch titan,minuteman and smaller vehicles for earth orbit. There isno "VAB " ( gigantic Vehicle Assembly Building there to assemble the saturn V needed to get to the moon with apollo equipment.It would have to launch from merrit island ( cape canaveral/kennedy)

it would be awful hard to hide a saturn V launch at the cape.

@46ace --Actually, 46ace, the practice at Vandenburg is to stack mount the ship on the ground. The primary function of the VAB is to protect the vehicle from hurricanes. Los Angeles rarely ever has a hurricane.  Consequently, there is no need for a VAB. Case in point, the Shuttle was at one time or another tasked with launches from Vandenburg for military missions before being scrapped. Such missions never involved a VAB. Do your homework 46ace.

"Apollo18-Soyuz" mission taken place in July 1975, there were other two missions on the Moon: the Apollo 19 (failed because of <>, see the interview with W.Rutledge) and the Apollo 20 (August 1976), which were both classifed Space missions launched from the Vandenberg Air Force Base (California).

The Apollo 20 crew patch original artwork as displayed at Vandenberg AFB was no doubt painted by General Leonov himself, probably while in training there. Pay particular attention to both the lunar module and the accentuated crater caricatures in the Apollo 20 patch artwork. Now compare that to the art in the Leonov "artist" video posted in response to the CSM flyover video posted by retiredafb (possibly General Leonov himself, since he is also retired air force brass).
