I can imagine when Genki was fighting, he trained in MMA a few hours a day, and then cut his gym time a little short to go to dance practice....But seriously, this guy is a really good fighter. It's rare to see a fighter who is very theatrical AND very talented. The theatrical fighters (a la Phil Baroni, Bob Sapp, etc.) are not that good. This guy is the exception. He has a ton of charisma and intelligence.

@akariauma Hi Akariauma, you asked for the music thats being played in the 'Genki Sudo' documentary.

The artist who made the track is "Metalmouse". Its a japanese techno/electronic duo with some massive tracks.

I was also looking for the music, i got in touch with someone from japan who could tell me. They have there own website and myspace, be shure to check them out. :)

thats a good matchup. genki's striking is much better in my opinion and he is much more unorthodox, and more athletic than penn but bj is the fuckin prodigy much better on the ground. i'd pick genki cause i respect him much more as a person and in my opinion a much more rounded fighter.

While ill agree his chances against penn are slim at best, i honestly think he was an extremely talented fighter. I think the biggest problem in the hypothetical fight is Sudo would go to put on a show and entertain the fans while penn would go in and try to rip his head off. And i do get tired of people putting penn on pedestal, he isnt unbeatable, as we saw against GSP.
