I just finished watching this movie, and I was really touched by Chris Gardner's story. He is such a model to anybody who is having difficulties in life, and the livingg proof that with determination and perseverance anything is possible.

i love the pursuit of happynes, i watched it in school and some parts made me want to cry and even though the ending was quite predictable, really heart warming story =]

The most painful thing is I have a Son I am failing to take care of and he's six. I love him to death but not being able to provide for him is tearing me apart. I have never been so motivated before in my life, as I have been after watching this gentleman story.

I have struggled myself too, I've lost a house, ...the only car I ever had and loved, and a dream to become a film director after being deported back to Mexico and treated as a regular criminal.

The confidence I needed in me is back, and a vision for a better future, thanks to God and this inspiration from Chris, thank you!... you just changed my life for good!

You think thats a great story I'm living in this situation. I grew up without a father and mystep father told me the same things and now my son lives with his mom and I can't look after him cause when I finished my diploma in Nursing the country I am living had gone to hire 300% nurses from Asia, so I could not get a job. It hurts man. HELP!!!
