That castle is in Parksville right on the Island Highway. Yes, it is part of a mini golf centre.

Where is that castle place at 3:24 (golf course?) on the island? I live in Campbell River traveled as far south as Nanaimo but didn't see that along the way. Also is that just a golf course or something more?
