about the english and japanese openings for this game, I know the Jap is the original and many people like it because it's actually cool, but it doesn't fit the environment in Tales of Symphonia, Symphonia's epic and medieval, so an orchestrated music fits better, and when the music itself is good, it rocks, both English openings imho, were awesome, but both japanese openings for symphonia were just good: they don't give me the feeling of a huge adventure in front of me, and that's what i wanted

to the people talking about it going anime.... that is just the style they use, other than that any really good story RPG would make a great miniseries of any style.

I am so gonna have to look into getting this series, I was FF loyal until enix poisoned squares writers and created the crap that has come out since 10. RPGers may appreciate beautiful graphics but it is the STORY that we want.. glad to see tales is fulfilling that niche.

But it is pretty obvious that elements of the first Symphonia's intro are incorporated here.

Either way, this is one instance in which I believe that the intro is on par with its Japanese sister, if not at all better. The other song just doesn't match right. But that's my opinion.

Hell yea I own it. I beat it too. The story was simply amazing. The voices were great, and the characters were so well done as well. And of course, the gameplay was Tales of-like. This game is so under-rated in my opinion.
