  • fuck u kim jong ill crazy idiot wanting war and being a bastard to girls

  • idk why they just didnt call it world war 3 haha

  • This video rocks! The soundtrack is great and it tells the story of how the Korean War almost blew up into World War III. Keep it up!

  • *Sigh*, another vid perpetuating the myth of chinese human wave attacks. FFS, the PVA did NOT outnumber UN forces by a great degree, only acheiving local superiority by outmaneuveirng their foes. Their tactics were closer to those of german Sturmtruppen or modern light infantry, relying on stealth, shock and close-range fighting, not the brute numerical superiority of human wave attacks. When they fought at all, that is. Going after gaps and weakpoints in the UN line was the favourite option.

  • @Magni56

Just an observation via the Chinese. There were originally 138,000. "volunteers" from China whom assisted the North Korean Army. That was the starting point, now, just keep counting, if you will, and you will surely arrive at the approx number of Chinese 'volunteers" intent on stopping the spread of American aggression in Korea. Contrary to your statement. The Chinese did attack in 'wave" formation. Unless of course all the personnel (U.N.) whom witnessed it first-hand are lying?

  • @arriviste2020

No, htey did not attack in what's defined as a human wave. The principal tactic of the chinese infantryman in Korea were night attacks preceeded by close infiltration, started with hand grenades and fire from their support weapons and then pushed through ia close-range assault. They were functionally a variation of the german Sturmtruppen tactics pioneered in WWI.

  • @Magni56

Well, the Chinese to whom I have spoken , and were involved in the Korean war obviously have it all wrong, which is a bit of a shame really. The various UN forces, reporting "hills standing up" due to the number of Chinese combatants on the ground, suffered from delusion. Sad really. Centurion tanks firing on each other to clear the Chinese combatants off their tanks, again, must have been delusional. I daresay that the Gloustershire Regiment, and other combatants got it all wrong.

  • @arriviste2020

The Chinese to whom you have spoken. What a worthless appeal to a personal anecdote. Adn "hills standing up" is a good way to describe regimental-size forces emerging from camouflage. Still doesn't change that there were no human wave attacks as chinese tactics were quite a bit more sophisticated then that. Or the fact that they never enjoyed a large numerical superiority on the whole scale. Only locally they would enjoy such due to outmaneuvering the UN forces.

  • @Magni56

Your right, your experience and skills far surpasses that on those whom actually fought in Korea. My conversations with Drum-Major Buss and his skill at using a bugle to confuse attacking Chinese forces never happened. The 'Gloster's' never fought the Chinese to a stand still The Belgians, Australians, Kiwi's, U.S. Filipino, Turks, Greeks, R.U.R. R.A. and Dragoons, all lied.. The Chinese attacked in small patrols only,Chinese manpower in excess of 300,000 was never an advantage.

  • @arriviste2020

As for "all the personnel", that would certianly not include the very chinese doing it. And neither the actual combat troops. The massive human wave attacks were largely nothing but the imagination of rear-area personnel and the media. As for the other point, the CHinese still never outnumbered the UN forces by a considerable margin. They suffered higher losses and were able to replace those, but the overall differrence in numbers never changed overly.

  • @Magni56

Again, your expertise and knowledge must be treated in a most deferential manner. Unfortunately, the U.N. "personnel", or various combat groups in volved in the hand -to-hand fighting which was a signature of the Korean conflict, seem to have a much different opinion, as to the Chinese method of attack. Still, best to leave it to experts such as yourself, rather than listen to the ramblings of survivors, and the statements of the late Drum Major Buss. Chinese survivors agree.

  • @arriviste2020

More worthless appeals to anecdotes. Yeah, HtH brought about by skillful use of stealth on part of the chinese first and foremost, not non-existent human wave attacks carried out by a numerical superiority that never existed in-theatre. An infantry unit attacking via infiltration and fire&maneuver isn't a human wave, no matter how much they outnumber their enemy. The overwhelming majority of Korean War veterans on both sides disagree with your baseless myths.

  • @Magni56

Your ignorance is only exceeded by your arrogance. 16 man patrol at the Imjin river fought 2100 Chinese in an initial assault. Of course, that's not correct according to your experience and expertise. In addition, 300,000.00 Chinese attacking the U.N. along a 40 mile front, greatest concentration at the Imjim River, never happened. Thank the almighty for people like you, for fools will always be eternal.

  • @arriviste2020

Your utter and ciomplete ignorance and clueless ness is only further proven by thes ecompletely fucktarded claims you ar emaking against ALL actual evidence. FACT is that the PVA NEVER enjoyed a larger numerical advantage than 1:1.5 over the UN forces. They merely consistently outmaneuvered their adversaries and achieved local superiority. That's not "human waves" or "winning by numbers", it's motherfucking textbook maneuver warfare.

  • @Magni56

'Textbook manoeuver warfare'. Now there's a statement which deserves definition. Going by your rules, experience and knowledge of warfare in Korea. The Allies just found it easier to lie than state the truth. The Chosin reservoir, the Imjim river, just names on a map. Nothing actually happened. All figments of the imagination. The land of discontent is large and empty, and you occupy it nicely. Better if the Chinese were to drop their doctrine of the Korean conflict and adapt yours? LOL.

  • @Magni56

Thanks to your superior knowledge and expertise of the Korean combat, It would now appear that the Allied forces did not push the North Koreans back across the 38 parallel and beyond. At that juncture, the Chinese did not send in excess of 130,000 troops across the river to attack the Allies. They sent small skirmishing patrols across, to check the strength of the Allied lines. No massed attacks ever took place and there was no Allied retreat at that time. All Allied reports were lies.

  • @Magni56 just out of curiousity (sry about reviving such an old post), have you ever read anything by a guy named H. John Poole? Either way, i think your the 2nd person ive ever encountered that sees some of the real dangers of the east. And the first to agree in the similarity to the german storm trooper tactics etc.

  • 3:42 ``Hey China, If you stop kicking our ass, we will let you join our club house.´´ LMAO

  • is that iron maiden?

  • Nice vid man.

    This was a terrible war

  • that is with out question the FUCKING WORST MUSIC TO GO WITH THIS VIDEO....I MEAN BAD REALLY BAD< DAMN BAD, GROW UP AND LEARN WHAT KIND OF MUSIC TO BACK WITH. NOT THAT ROTTEN SHIT! WHATS NEXT??? RAP?

  • the war didnt end, they just ceased fire!!! till today. it might continue

  • @MultiAlpha111

Fair enough. Whats wrong with dogs, they're more loyal than a human could ever be. As for smelly, they are probably the dogs that you eat.

  • If we would have kept that war up we could have changed the world forever the chinese were SO weak why didnt we?

  • fucking chinks~ Go hell !!

    chinks = cockroach

  • @obaltan77 lol a korean pretending japanese?

  • @theCuno100

I as an Australian have to agree with you, Kill the yellow bastards i say! Because the cunts are buying up our land and our government/bunch of corrupt fuckers could'nt give 2 fucks.

  • @desertdog111 u smelly dog, give australia back to aboriginals and go back to your shitholes

  • @MultiAlpha111 Well the real "abos" of Australia is Kangaroo & Koala, so all kinds except Kangaroo & Koala should leave Australia.

  • @YouLuvMyDycky LOL japs how old are u?

  • @StevieChannel

Not exactly to preserve a status quo, but to preserve a buffer state between it and the US friendly South Korea and Japan.

  • what is this song acually called

  • SOUTH KOREA = PIECE OF SHIT ON EARTH

  • @zhongguoren2011 get away you smelly chink because of you dirty chinks Korea had to divide for another 60 years... dirty apes

  • @bodingoji lol just fuck off you filthy gook,I hate the chinese communist government but it seems the korean war was the the only right thing that they have done for China.Your fucking peninsula should just keep divded,we don't want to see any more gooks from north korea claiming our history and origins,we already had enough shit from the south gooks. So please, don't unite koreas, the less free koreans the less troubles we have

  • Incheon Landing is the best!!, i imagin it to be like omaha beach scene from saving private ryan but with americans and koreans.

  • the american shouldnt decided to past the line

  • @ericool80 Crossing the 38th parallel was not the problem. Dismissing a Chinese intervention as a mere bluff and completely failing to prepare for that possibility is what cost the U.N. the chance to reunite the Korean peninsula.

  • @cirasoni09 haha yeah I was about to say... I thought that was aid money from America O.o

  • @koryworm but considering they had a poorly equipped and trained peasant army, having a poor ass economy and having just been through a civil war. This is pretty damn impressive

  • The chinese lanched waves of troops at the UN forces like the japs in WW2.

Also we should have done what General MacAuthur advised and used the atom bomb to bring China to its knees, since they had no WMDs and we did.

  • @Americawinsin1945 That would have forced the USSR to intervene.

  • @Americawinsin1945 not entirely, it will severely hurt china but it will no bring the country down. Population was still huge and due to communist policy, everyone was spread out and no city was overpopulated

  • @Americawinsin1945 If we would have done that, then China would have declared complete war against us, and then that would bring in the USSR who DID have nuclear weapons. Then that would have caused World War Three.

  • @7ShadowsofLight but at that time ussr have not nukes yet they was fighting political for the development

  • Hi, i have a Model United Nations Debate this weekend! i need loadsss of help ! I'm south Korea in Security Council. Please co-operate. xx

  • General Tahsin Yazici ordered the II'nd and III'rd Battalions to withdraw to the west of Kaechon. Before the battalions could get 2 km. away from Kaechon, they were divided into small groups by the effective fires they received from three directions. As the Brigade was entering the night of 29/30 November, the Hacham-Kunuri road was cut and the enemy circle was complete.

  • The Greeks won six U.S. Distinguished Service Crosses, 32 Silver Stars, 110 Bronze Star Medals. 19 members of the Royal Hellenic Air Force 13th Flight received the U.S. Air Force Air Medal for the evacuation of US Marines at Hagaru-ri in December 1950."

  • if nk invades sk again, china will not offer army support due to UN pressure and the fact that kim jong il is stupid at making decisions.

  • @EmperorTigerstar how do you know :-)

  • @brucelee518: It actually said so on wikileaks. it was on bbc radio

  • @EmperorTigerstar

you believe in wikileaks? it could always predict and evaluate but it could never assure. you think it is 100% true and honest in every aspects and representing the majority of the world? unfortunately it is not. like every western media, it got your trust by providing some trivial facts, and then make use of your trusting on some issue, that is called, 'propaganda'

It is nothing else yet another tool of backing capitalist, it works for who provided money. we will see...

  • People of the North, Its about time to put your collective efforts into action. Kim Jong Il is a corrupt and inefficient leader. You have suffered enough from him. He is no God, He should not be idolized. Everywhere in the world, dictators are falling since they are the only ones benefitting from you. Think now and the future of your country. Unite and take out the corrupt regime Of KIM JONG IL. HE IS NO GREAT LEADER, HE IS NOT A GOOD. HE IS AN ORDINARY MORTAL PROP UP BY THE MILITARY.

  • @8000windbreaker i wish your message can be read by the north korean peoples because theyre country is not communist like kim jong il make them believe but one of the most evil dictatorship of modern days but infortunatly i dont think any north korean is going to see your message because their internet is under control by the army so it suck badly for them -_-

  • @8000windbreaker They don't have the internet though :(, I hope they rise up against their leader Kim Jung

  • This stupid music is totally inappropriate!!!

  • the war has never actually ended...

  • @junyong614 correct!! only a truce was signed. technically the war never ended. only a precarious peace because of the truce remains.

  • if north korea retry to take over south korea theyre army is going to be rape because dont forget that south korea is equiped with us technologie and north korea have vehicles from the 70'st HELL they are still using mig-15 has their main fighter XD

and if u.n and u.s army go help south korea . north korea will have to face abrams tanks,drones,ac-130 (in conclusion north korea will better do nothing)

  • try to avoid war.peace to every one. even though bot army are brave.

  • 2ND Korean war .. North Korea : "China! Help us..US and SK troops are going to capture payongyang!"

China: "............Nahhh I can'thelp a nation that can't even feed their own people..soo..Hey if it helps we can invade you too?" NK: :(

  • I think this war has proven to people that it is almost impossible to win a war against an Asian country. In present time I think the North Koreans are dumb to start another war with South Korea.

  • The first six Chinese troops involved in Korean War were mainly from the northeast of China, which is the home to strong and tough people, including Chinese Han people from north China, manchus, mongolians, etc. All of them are brave and are good at fighting...

  • lol, the south koreans seeking permission from USA. Who is fighting who's war here? S. Korea vassal state? idk, good for the USA still.

  • In my opion, both America and China shouldn't care North or South Korea, Let them decide their own fate

We don't intervene and to see who is the real boss between south and North

  • @lordzilu1584 China's basically involved to keep communism in Korea, and the USA for democracy.

  • @lordzilu1584

I agree with you but it's impossible.

  • @lordzilu1584 and the ussr they aid north korea with weapons .

  • @lordzilu1584 hmm maybe but that wouldn't be honorable to be a superpower and just watch as the north defeats the south. besides nk hasn't learned that capitalism isn't forbidden in the words of karl marx.

  • @lordzilu1584 i agree but the problem is that kim jong ill is fucking crazy and want nuclear weapons.

  • U.s army should have droped an atomic bomb in Manju of china

  • @obaltan77 I don't think Russia would let that happen without bombing us back

  • Go hell chinks !!!

  • @obaltan77

    Shut up you Korean gooks

You Korean dogs are always our slaves, both north and south Korean fuckheads

Next time, when our army entered your little country, we will saulgther all of you Korean dogs

  • @lordzilu1584

    Nationalism

  • fucking chinks is main culprit for division of the Korea

  • @obaltan77 LOL,if jap didn't invade Korea in the WW2,how could Korea been divided into two countries after WW2?dickhead.

  • @cheno188 are you a fool? @obaltan77 is a famous korean troll living in Japan. But back to the topic, there were so many ''ifs'' in history,if China didn't get invade by Japan? there wouldn't even be a red communist government existing in China

  • @cheno188 it really had nothing to do with the war the war just help the division it was a typical attempt by Ussr to spread communision and a typical reaction from Usa to spread its democracy so that either country can keep/ strength its world influnence pretty it was the big dogs using the little boys as puppys for their own gain

  • @cheno188

Korea had been a de facto colony under japanese reign since1905. They didn't need to invade it in WWII, they had already controlled it for over 30 years by that point.

  • The North and the Chinese never ever had air superiority during the war. NEVER. They never even had parity. The Mig-15 was a better aircraft than the F-84, but this didn't make up for the fact that the US had better tactics and better trained pilots. And when the US started flying F-86s, the Migs suffered heavy losses. Get your facts straight.

  • The only reason why Korea is separate still is because the main contributor to UN forces ( the US ) didn't want to go on with this war for their own good. If the president of US approved McArthur's plan, obviously there wouldn't be 'North Korea' today.

  • I see a lot of ignorants mentioning things like how China owned everyone and such. That's completely bogus. Because you are not thinking about proportionality of casualties they suffered. Back then, China didnt' have shit but just the numbers to make UN forces to pull back, and considering all the casualties that China suffered in this war is tremendous. In fact, most of chinese soldieres were untrained militias. It was just a matter of time for UN forces + south korean forces to win this war.

  • @porory87s Yea their amature army with farming tools stalled your pro army asses for years....good job soldiers I'm proud of it, and if USSR came along in a full team..... it just 2 countries vs all of you....

  • Phase 1 Everyone Kills China. America is planning to nuclear bomb if they annoy Obama by helping north korea again. Estimated Troops to send : over 1.5 million.

Phase 2 Why don't you type Best Millitary in the world? china is 3rd or 2nd.

    America is always 1

Phase 3 Although NK has more people, SK wins because with the best technologied weapons in the world. Blooklovefreak, you really should quit your life being a Chinese

  • @sooahgogo south koreans = america's bitches, north koreans = china's bitches... either way you'sa bitch

  • @Dayum

Yeah, I'm pretty happy we have a good dog called North Korea

And South Korean is used to be our dog too, now they obey their new mmaster-- Americans

Surely most of us hate both North Koreans and South Koreans

  • @sooahgogo

Dude, south Korea sucks ass.. Look their recent 1000 years history, we never won a single war

It was enslaved by Chinese Empire, then ensavled by Japan; NOw is USA

and they also got owned by North Korean troops 50 years ago, if US didn't intervene, then South Korea would have been destroyed by North troops

  • @sooahgogo

sorry for typing error, I mean south Koreans never won a single war in recent 1000 years

  • @lordzilu1584

Korean won a war against 丰臣秀吉 at 1600 with the help of Ming.

  • While I am don't like the music, the video was great. One point however, the war never ended. It was a truce, no peace treaty exists.

  • UN should have send remains of Wehrmacht to korea to destroy Communists

  • too much deaths

  • If anyone believe there was Chinese human wave attack, he/she should not teach about Korean War or any modern warfare. As a US marine said during the war regarding the human wave nonsense in paper, ' How many platoons are a horde?'

  • @nicecaren when your enemy outnumbers you 20:1 during a single engagement i think you can easily call it a horde. there were 2 million chinese troops during the war against the UN forces. The proble mis there is no real accurate number the chinese hide the total number and the americans have to estimate by body count. A human wave means you overwhelm someone with such a sheer amount of numbers you cannot win

  • @Blitz45

That is simply not true in mordern warfare where firepower dominates. Please read wikipedia on Human wave attack. Sources listed there as well.

  • @rarerayrules A-Is not possible to happen since millions died already lol.

B-True but atleast there wouldn't be constant threat of war between the 2 Korea's and we don't know if Korea maybe would refocus on Chinese or Vietnamese style of economy instead of going all out communist militarism.

  • @rarerayrules A)Millions died anyway.

B)If USSR intervened the communists atleast had a chance of winning (Wars are not a problem, wars where none wins are: WW1 and the Korean war are great examples, even WW2 to a certain extent, where there were 2 winners).

  • @rarerayrules Nope I have dreams...I dont want the govt takin care of me giving me pork&beans prisners of war get that..Communism hasnt worked it fales!

  • war's not over

  • GREAT JOB

  • Phase 1 NK pwns SK

Phase 2 SK + US + UN pwn NK

    Phase 3 China pwns everyone

    Phase 4 Stalemate

  • @Bloodlovefreak Indeed the chinese did beat back the americans by using surprise but it was not a walk in the park for htem. in the end it was a useless war and I believe that mac arthur should have pushed them back instead of having this useless armistice.

  • @Bloodlovefreak hahaha china pwns everyone. lets hope they dont get as strong as they once were..

  • @Bloodlovefreak Not really. China was completely outfought and outkilled. The only thing that allowed China to progress the war into a stalemate was their numbers.

  • @Bloodlovefreak it was china & Russia &

WHO HELPED China & Russia 5 years before this!?

the USA DID! - China +Russia = Backstabbers

  • @MetalHeart8787 lol they were in Cold War at that time.

  • @Bloodlovefreak

    Phase 5- ???

    Phase 6- Profit

  • @Bloodlovefreak i wouldn't say china pwned everyone considering the heavy losses they took and China should be thankful were a paeceful nation because we almost sent hundreds of nukes to their big citys

  • @koryworm true, thanks for not sending hundreds of nukes to the chinese, pricks. what a funny statement, i laughs knows now.

  • btw to the ppl in the comments below arguing about who helped which side start the war....the answer lies in the supply of weapons. i have watched several war movies and played war games and what i have noticed is that you can trace the suppliers of armies by looking at the type of weapons they are fighting with. if i am wrong please fill me in.

  • great video. informative. i just hope all your information was legit. these days information on the web are so easily manipulated.

  • the japanese laid waste to China and enslaved tens of thousands during WWII, and if im not mistaken we bombed northern China in the Korean war and bombed southern China and Cambodia and Laos during Vietnam!!!!?

  • By your logic, the Koreans were defending the country and the US invaded Korea? That's stupid. wanna know why the US stayed in S. Vietnam all the time? In the Korean War, China DID warn the US to stay away from the Chinese border. Truman respected China's demands. However, the military did not follow orders and crossed the border, causing more conflict. The main reason North Vietnam invaded our country(South Vietnam)was because of Ho Chi Minh. Ask anybody in Vietnam, Northern and Southern part.

  • fucking japs should thanks to Korean... b/c of Korean war they became rich..

  • This war would be so much cooler if USSR intervened. Well anyway china the only real winner.

  • @Teranex lol i think of wat would have happened if we went back in time and brought advanced weapons to the war..lol

  • @ShadowElite1000 Then WW2 wouldnt be so cool anymore...:D

  • I want to point out a mistake in this video. Japan never provided any aid to South Korea for the Korean war. Japan provided a little money to South Korea only as an apology for killing innocent Korean civilians and raping Korean women when they had occupied Korea by force before the world war 2. Of course, the money provided was neither enough nor was the Japanese war crimes ever forgiven by the Koreans

  • @UnitedKoreanI know. That's pretty stupid for anyone to say that. Japan never did gave aid during the Korean war. They were too busy Reconstructing at that time and were still occupied by allies.

  • @UnitedKorean

In January 2005, the South Korean government disclosed 1,200 pages of diplomatic documents that recorded the proceeding of the treaty.

The documents, kept secret for 40 years, recorded that South Korea receiving $800 million in grants and soft loans from Japan.

(Quoted from the article "Treaty on Basic Relations between Japan and the Republic of Korea" of wikipedia)

  • typical jap monkey propaganda

  • AMERICA had no real interesrt in south korea whether they conrtolled it or not. The only reasons they protected it was to carry on their containment of communism and primarily because if the commys took S korea it "would be a dagger pointed at the heart of japan" so THEY FOUGHT IN THE KOREAN WAR WAS IN THE INTEREST OF JAPAN NOT KOREA SMILEY FACE History A level :)

  • @l2d2v2 In the interest of Japan? You mean that they helped the Japan nomenklatura to fight agains its own people

  • stupid music

  • fuckin chinks

  • korea is still finding dead bodies

  • @ evolveinside

Actually America getting involved in the war is why there is no united Korea you fucking dipshit.

  • @frenchbreadisbread if there were no america.. south, north korea would still sucking kim jung ill dick under communism

  • Who is guilty for the war? Of course, Chinese....

  • @TheFreshmeat31

US and Soviet are the the criminals.

US fought a wrong war with a wrong enemy, at wrong time, in a wrong place

  • @trueliesfromwest US is savior to south korean.. if there were no American we south korean still sucking Kim Jung Ill's Dick..

  • basically objective and neutral on facts, though only part of them; and great BG music, substitles... good clip!

  • Good video. Both Kim and South wanted to unite the peninsula. Who is guilty for the war? Of course, USSR and USA. Truman and Stalin. Why did they divide Korea?

  • @radurambo - Not sure if I agree with your conclusion on this. There were peaceful reunification negotiations before the north invaded, killing their Korean brothers. It was obvious that after voting and getting a taste of democracy the southern government was not compatible the newly formed communist party of the north. Why did they divide Korea? USA and by that time USSR had declared war on japan and agreed to occupy japans newly acquired colonies, in this case, the Korean Peninsula.

  • @doit420sdf I know the history: two (or more) gangsters agreeing to divide a nation. Germany, Korea, Vietnam. It is not new (Poland, Ottoman Empire had similar fate) , except their great hypocrisy claiming to be the "good guys" as opposed to JApanese (the bad guys).

  • @radurambo - Yeah a better option would be to clear the Japanese out of Korea and leave entirely. Roosevelt may have gone for it but would Stalin agree to that? If the US had left it to the USSR, the whole country may now be like north Korea. Also Japan had some pretty bad behavior during the and before the war.. I agree we all have a apart in the atrocities of war but Japan occupied Korea pretty ruthlessly did some extremely uncool things. On this I am firmly on the side of Korea.

  • @doit420sdf I agree with you that, starting from 1910 the japs did not became very friendly to koreans. Evan now, the usual Japanese (or Chinese) doesn't like the koreans ("they stink", they are garlic eaters). However, the best solution (for USA and USSR) would have been not to occupy Korea. I wonder why Roosevelt was so eager to call Stalin in war agains Japan? He was very short sighted.

  • @radurambo

If the US had not made a claim on the southern half of Korea, all of Korea would have been taken by the Soviets like they did with every other country they "liberated".

North Korea invaded the South so of course, they started the war.

The US was afraid that the South wanted to do the same thing so that is why we purposely did not arm the South sufficiently for fear of the South trying to invade the North. That is why the North encountered little resistance when they invaded.

  • @Vulcan750L Waw! So what? Ir means that USA was a criminal state, it blocked the unification of Korea. Yes, you are right: it was only the American perversion to fighyt agains communism...The americans are guilty for the denaturation of communism: it wa screated in war time...

  • @radurambo

    So What?

I was responding to your question about why Korea was divided and your claim that the US was at least partly responsible for starting the war.

The United States tried to prevent a war by not giving the South superiority in weaponry to prevent an aggressive act from the South. And we blocked the Russians from taking control of South Korea a people who did not want to be communist by claiming the South under American control.

  • @Vulcan750L You pretend not to understand that the dividing Korea was a war crime done both by Stalin and by Truman. AGAINST the will of the koreans. And YES! invading South was OK . It was as in your Civil war (1861 - 1865): the NORTH invaded the south against the will of the citizens from South. Kim Il Sung could not be Abraham Lincoln because of you. Insted, Ho Shi Minh was the Vietnam's Abraham Lincoln in spite of you. You are the idiot, but arguing with you may be a good thing for others.

  • @radurambo

You try to compare the Korean war with the American civil war, but it is not the same thing. The American south was not a country. It was a part of the United States. There was only one government, not two. The southern government was formed after the war started.

North Korea and South Korea were two different countries with their own governments.

  • @Vulcan750L Korea was one country before it was splitted in 1945. Do not ptetend to be more stupid than you are.

  • @radurambo

If the Russians had left Korea alone and not made a claim on it, there would not be a North and South Korea. The only reason the US intervened and claimed the South was to prevent Russia from taking the whole country.

The US did not fight a bloody and costly world war to keep Germany and Japan from conquering other nations just so we could hand it over to the Russians afterwords.

  • @Vulcan750L If the Russians..,. Hmmm Who called them top enter the war against Japan? Wasn't USA?

  • @radurambo

Korea was a country ruled by Japan since 1910. It was not an independent country. Korea was liberated by the US and Russia at the end of WWII.

Abraham Lincoln was an elected president. Presidents are elected for 4 year terms. It's kinda hard to be a tyrant when your reign only lasts for 4 years at a time. And in a democratic society, tyrants don't last long. They don't get re-elected and they can also be impeached so there is no reason to assassinate them.

  • @radurambo

And you try to compare Kim Il-Sung with Abraham Lincoln? Kim Il-Sung was a dictator trying to impose tyranny and oppression on South Korea. Abraham Lincoln fought the American south to rid the United States of slavery and oppression. These are two opposite aims.

  • @Vulcan750L Abraham Lincoln was executed precisely because he was considered a tyrant by Southerners. When Booth killed him he cried "Sic semper tirannis". It depends from the point of view. Yes, Abraham Lincoln was a lucky Kim Il Sung (as Ho Shi Minh). Another unlucky Lincoln was Milosevic.

  • @radurambo

"You pretend not to understand that the dividing Korea was a war crime done both by Stalin and by Truman. AGAINST the will of the koreans."

I don't think the South Koreans wanted to be ruled under communism, neither did most of the people of N. Korea, but they didn't have a choice. Communism isn't about choices or individual freedoms. Most of the those people are trapped there under communist rule and they are not allowed to leave. Some have died trying to escape.

  • @Vulcan750L Communism is a democracy. Maybe the best one. I do not know much about North Korea, but it is NOT a communist country. Silly capitalist propaganda...

  • @radurambo

Communism is not a democracy. The people do not get to chose their leaders. Leaders are chosen by other party members, high officials, not the average citizen.

  • @Vulcan750L Yes, it is. Communism IS a democracy. In theory, because there exists no communist country. Communism is a dream of humanity for the future: the classless society. The best approximation I see is Canada, and the nordic democracies - scandinavian. The states you call "communist" are trying to become socialist - a kind of welfare states. The capitalist state works only for the minority of the rich (for bourgeoisie, in Marxist slang). The socialist state works for the majority.

  • @radurambo

    How is communism a democracy?

Canada is a democracy like the United States is.

Socialism is a component of communism. Communist countries are already socialist countries. They don't need to try to become one. They have been since their inception.

As far as socialism vs. capitalism goes . . . I would rather be unequally rich than to be equally poor.

  • @Vulcan750L Communist countries do not exist. CAnada is more socialist than USA since is more egalitarian. You can measure the inequality using Gini coefficient. In the nordic states it is under 0.3. MAybe the ideal is 0.25. In USA it is obscene - 0.43. I want to live decently, not rich, not poor. A communist state will be a welfare state. You miss the target. Communism will be the absolute democracy since it will be a non hierarchic society. All equals.

  • @radurambo

I don't think you understand what a democracy is. A democracy is where individual rights and individual freedom is more important than the government. It is a government of the people by the people.

A democracy doesn't have anything to do with equality except for equality under the laws. A democracy is a form of government, not a form of economy.

  • @radurambo

You are confusing democracy with capitalism, which is a form of economy. Under capitalism, there will be rich and poor and middle class. But even the poor in the United States live very well. There is no economic equality, but everyone lives well here. And that is what matters.

China, and Cuba, and Vietnam, and N. Korea would disagree with you that there are no communist countries.

  • @radurambo

One more thing about tyrants and democracies. I don't know about in other countries, but in the United States, tyrants can not exist. The president does not have total power. Everything has to be voted on by congress.

Also, people are not killed, tortured or imprisoned for disagreeing with the president or with the government. So it is an exaggeration and a lie to call any American president a tyrant.

  • @radurambo Communism fales dumbass...Capitalist..lol is a economy. the United States is a Republic..the people elect who they want in Govt..Communism the people dont have rights...Socilism is the same in my book..N. Korea Is a Communist Nation dumbass!!!!!!.Later Douchebag!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @99jiujitsu Korea is NOT a communist nation. You are brainwashed by the anticommunist media. A communist society is democratic, all people are equal. There exists no communist societies. NK is a semisocialist (maybe feudal..) dictature. Yes, it ois about economy: socialism means democracy + socialist property. That implies freedom.
