You only have two devices, which are standard light bulbs, installed and doing the consumption. You can only reduce the consumption by either lowering the voltage or amperage, both will dimm the standard light bulbs.
I dont know what that other guy is talking about but it obviously slowed down the meter quite a bit. He must have a bad screen or was to impatient to watch the rest of the video. good work.

But this device is really excellent I have one and the device saves me 40-35% power savings
How does it work? It's a simple thing to understand is the Open and Close button installed on the device that directs the clock to work slowly
And that obtained power savings - amazing.
