petrucci plays faster sweep picking. He plays in world domination mode which makes me put my guitar aside knowing that world domination mode is on which is impossible to play for beginners. Neil zaza also plays with speed burst but neil zaza is in a different league of emotions that make me wanna instantly pick my guitar to play those songs...very inspirational songs. for me playing fast is not good if no emotions. thats why I hate MAB, Malmsteen. I like Eric Johnson, Shawn Lane, then petrucci.
