I think change is a necessary part of everyone's life. and we shouldn't expect Maroon 5 to *not* change. Sure, I preferred the Songs about Jane days / the Ryan era, but I'm not going to hate on them for being different. Just like EVERY other band/artist/whatever that changes, I believe Maroon 5 should have the same right as the others.

@FlawlessWords I do too. I thought it was a break-up. I never knew they added a fifth guy and changed their name. I actually don't even like Maroon 5; they're sound really changed and not to my taste at all. Fourth World is still one of my all time favorite albums, every song is great.

@jasonkm77 OK, me, I love Maroon 5 but it's true, the style of music has changed. But what I like is that Adam has always write his songs and told his life, what he felt. So, it's interesting to "see" him changed, grow-up, be more mature. And we know everything, almost, on his sentimental life ;) (sorry for my english, I am french, read again myself to see my errors, so if you wanna more explications or details, please tell me)

@FlawlessWords Don't worry, your English is just fine:) I prefer the garage-pop-rock style of Kara's Flowers to the R&B sound of Maroon5. But you're right about Levine, even though I don't care for M5's music he still has an amazing voice. I was always impressed by the sophistication of KF's music not just because they were so young but it was just so good. Early Beatles meets "Pet Sounds" era Beach Boys. I heard there was a second KF's album made but not released, I would love to get that.

@hiawathabanias yeah - this is much more garage/grunge then their current pop-rock/dance-rock stuff. I mean, these guys were only a few years out of high school at the time and were obviously jammin it pretty hard in their garage :P
