Why are you making fun of languages? It's actually not "BONE" like in English. Bone is just to help foreigners pronounce the word !!! It's more like "Bon" with a French accent then you might get it correct in Vietnamese.

Tại is omitted in a sentence because it is implied, just like English interjection (shut up! sit down! in this case, you is omitted and implied. But it wouldn't be incorrect to insert there either)

@linh48964 Sao is just a shortened version of 'tại sao', so it doesn't really matter. Instead, you should say 'Tại sao hôm nay em đẹp thế?', because 'thế' is a question word, while 'quá' is just an exclamation.
