That would have been a dumb move, Every football player knows you have to make sure the ball goes in. If I was a coach I would bench a player who did not do that, even if the ball ended up going in.
@thetruthbringer I think in that particular case the ball was rolling in and the goalie wasn't even coming for it. Why not just shield the ball to make sure it goes in. Uche did do all the work after all :)
