I just went to BN store to compare tot the Nook color and its pretty much the exact thing but in a different color and a faster processor. The sales associate told me after thanksgiving a new nook color update will give us the hulu/netflix so basically its gonna be the same thing. The new nook is faster but if all you use it for is books you will see no difference whatsoever from the 1st genertion nook color.
