  • The product we use to repair cracked concrete is "Roadware Concrete Mender." The thing to consider is how long is the crack? If you can only see a few feet and then it goes under 25' of carpet, you can't get a strong repair. The best repairs are when you can bond the entire length of the crack.

  • Sure wIsh you guys were in southern CA. The slab on my lower side has seperated from footing and dropped 1/2" (faulty construction,1978). I am looking up "level-quick." Could you mention what you used to fill those cracks with? Polyurethane, epoxy? I want to connect footing/slab with 1/2" rebar inserted from outside, then level/flatten floor.

  • Some cracks are caused from poor soil preparation before they poured the slab. Other times the concrete is extremely weak and prone to cracking. Some crack are planned, in that they were designed to crack in a certain spot. Nevertheless, in Arizona, when a crack occurs it usually involve heaving and not settling.

  • Was the crack due to a earthquake ? Or poor construction?
