What would be a better comparison would be the Nvidia Ion GPU vs the Intel IGP.

I cant find any AMD based Toshiba NB550Ds on any of the retail web sites. Only the Intel Atom based Toshiba NB500. Is your Toshiba NB550D a prototype?

I'm sorry to say, but this comparison is skewed right from the beginning. You are comparing an NB500 withan NB550D, when in reality you should be comparing the NB520 to the NB550D. They are the same price. The NB520 also has the Harman Kardon speakers and uses the Atom N550 Dual Core CPU.

How would the NB520 deal with 720p Youtube videos ? That would be a much more interesting question to answer.

thanks i realized how good amd hd is compared to atom...i actually also thot that the atom would be much better becuz of the sticker.LOL
