It's a men only ballet company based in NY called Les Ballets Trockadero I think... The best parody done by one of their ballerina is that of Ida Nevasayneva. Look it up on youtube.

Les Ballet Trockadero of Monte Carlo is an ALL MALE group that does parodies of famous ballets, such as Giselle, Nutcracker, Don Quixote, etc...and they add their spin on it...what this guy is doing...his rendition of "The Swan"...he's just basically putting his beautiful, yet comedic parody, into his routine...it's quite funny if you ask me...LoL
