hey...do i have to flatten my pics everytime i want to save it? to make it less heavier???or ? am doing it everytime..but dont know if that affects somehow..the pic

Only if you are 100% sure you're done with editting.. than you can flatten it to save it.

if you "save as" you don't have to. Just don't save it as a jpeg. save it as a png.

What I would do is make an fade to black to the outside but not consistently, more random, and also i would add glow to and sparkle to the rings, :)

also you could just gaussian blur, not motion blur background, that comes from sig making experience where you always have to focus attention to main render.
