  • Hi I'm breeding budgies and am posting videos on YouTube to help show people what to do your birds are lovely and goodluck with your breeding I'd love it if people could subscribe to me as I need all the support I can get :) HAVE EGGS ALREADY AND AM WAITING FOR THE BABYS SO THE FUN STARTS SOON :)

  • ok i need help. i just found an egg in my budgie cage. its a bit broken on the top. will it still survive? how long does it take before it hatches?

  • @DizShaWTYcrUNK Hi! I am not sure. It might. The only way to find out will be to wait. Budgie eggs generally take 21 days to hatch. To be on the sure side, I would wait a bit longer than that if it doesn't hatch exactly on 21 days (my budgies usually hatched a bit before, actually). Good luck!

  • @arsenalchamp thank you. i went to the pet store and they said usually the first egg they lay is dead but i will still wait just in case.

  • LOL the music goes with it, con tanto sentimientos :P

  • i am getting a budgie today

  • that is the cutest/ugliest thingy i've seen in forever! lol props.... :)

  • Ummm, I have a question. I have two Parakeets, a male, and a female. I am just wondering, how do I know when they are mating?

  • *sniffle* Isn't the birth of life just so....beautiful? It's such a great opportunity to see the miracle of life taking in it's first breath of....well, life! Thank you for uploading this video.

  • help please if parakeets first time to lay her eggs well her eggs goin to hatch after 14 or 18 days ? cuz my female siting on her eggs all the times my female parakeet lay her first egg on 10/18/2008

  • Hi!

They should hatch 18 days after the hen starts sitting on the eggs, which is normally the day they are laid, but in some cases she may choose to start sitting on them a couple of days after they are laid. Also, quite often when it's the first time the bird is bred, the eggs may be infertile. ;) Good luck!
