I don't mean to brag, but I took on Red, and my highest level pokemon was Feraligatr at only level 62. I beat him through pure strategy. :D I'm not trying to upstage you guys, I couldn't come close in humor. :)

At the beginning of this part, I finally got Lugia, It took me a while, and 59 Ultra balls, and I ran out of ultra balls when it had 1 hp and was asleep, (Parasect-False Swipe, Noctowl-Hypnosis) And after I finally ran out of Ultra balls, I noticed an extra 2 Great balls. First great ball I threw, caught that bitch. BTW, on ALL of the ultra balls, I didn't even get a single little jiggle.

To Ian - Im a competitave battler and just so you know, the special / physical type pokemon dont take effect until Gen IV. In these early generations, it's organized by type, as in Grass = special and fighting = physical.

Just a fun fact... Hope you get into the competitave scene, we could always use more :)

Whatever you do, DON'T play Majora's Mask. It's a great game, but filled with a buncha next-to-IMPOSSIBLE puzzles and would end up with Marty having to look up guides all the time. You should play Banjo-Kazooie sometime though.
