yes you can mold this. It has the consistency of a Tootsie Roll. In fact you can mold Tootsie rolls into shapes too. . i recently made a rose with one. Came out really nice.
@alcantar10 You can do it that way, or just have the heat on real low the entire time. You want to make sure though not to let any steam get into the chocolate, which is the reason you do it over low heat. The moisture will make the chocolate seize up and it wont melt properly if that happens.
@rockacookamanga Hi sorry it took me so long. If you are using a white chocolate then yes i think so. But the colors would not show with dark modeling chocolate.
