I have talked and met people at janitorial supply stores who bout a janiking franchise and they have all told me that it was the worst thing they ever did. I still havent met anybody who was happy with janiking. I just hope that all the people who have lost recoup there losses.
Janiking has over 52 pieces of litigation. The federal trade commision fined janiking over $100,000 Dollars. There is hundreds of complaints againts janiking in the UK and also In the united states.

Do you want to see my business license? I don't know how the exact level of fraud that Jani-King is engaged in Australia, but I do know how many people they've scammed in the Seattle Metropolitan Area of Washington State here in the US.

Owning and operating a commercial cleaning business is not the same as being a Jani-King Commercial Cleaning Franchisee. Obviously, you have not had the best results from owning your business. Perhaps you should contact Jani-King about becoming a franchisee and enjoy the support of a successful multi-national franchisor.

I make a whole LOT more money than any Jani-King, Coverall, Jan-Pro, Aerodol, etc. franchisee. I bid considerably higher than any of them and still manage to have a LOT of business. People who have bought into a janitorial cleaning franchise are calling ME, asking me to give them work. They make less money than our workers. Just do some reading and you'll understand.
