someone on youtube said about light aircraft have landed on runway 28 ( used to be 27 ) before ,, is this true any won ?? I've said that planes don't land on 28 but he still says light aircraft have is this true ?

The low landing usually is not your choice as you are on the glide angle. All aircraft have different glides so thats why he is close to the beach
