Wonderful vids of the Cole & Woodbury. I **sincerely hope** you manage to find the funding to keep it going for a while yet. Here in England, all too often pipe organs are replaced by digital ones, because of the prohibitive cost of having the organ rebuilt.
The organ is basically intact. Sound wind trunks have been altered. The pipes and chests are all original. It had work in 1963. Don't think the console is original. The swell is currently unplayable. Ciphers occur continuously. Alot of pipes have been pulled because of this. They are all still there. This organ really need to be removed and rebuilt. Yes, it is indeed a gem. Unfortunaltely there are no funds for rebuilding it.
The great thing about ventil windchests is that a truly compartmentalized restoration is possible - I did some releathering on a beautiful 1924 ventil Casavant last year, two ranks at a time! I suspect that if your key channelling is in the bottom boards you'd have an even easier time than I did. I wish you well, thanks so much for sharing this terriffic organ.

What's the story with this organ? It is an absolute gem. Is this an unaltered Cole & Woodberry?

That's "some" wind trunks not sound wind trunks. The organ still sounds grand in that room, in spite of its condition.
