So what has been happening to all the people who have died without eating the mushroom? One part of this video says that the bible version of God saying that we would die if we ate from the tree on knowledge shows that God lied to us because Adam and Eve lived for a long time afterwards, but it fails to say how God had planned for them to eat from the tree of life and live forever. Do we die? Yes we do as has been the case for Adam And Eve.

Also eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil showed that man wanted to decide for himself what was good and evil vs accepting the counsel of God telling us what was good and evil. It is easy to take a part of the scripture and leave the part off that does not fit. And not everyone who does shrooms turns out to be a better human being because of eating them. And some have bad experiences while many have good ones. Are they enlightened?

As with many vids like this, the makers tend to "push" some of the connections and relationships at times. But that doesn't take away from the reality of their claims.

This makes so much sense, that I feel that in the near future, most main stream scholars will accept this as the likely explanation for the beginning of religion. If they don't already, but keep it secret for fear of having their careers ruined, as Allegro did.

What we call Hallucinations ARE spiritual experiences in my opinion. Think about it, some of these plants and fungi open up new and exciting parts of our brain that the entire age of man cannot tap, it is easy to see how people could have came up with the stories and myths of our past with the help of these plants.
