  • Second and last request !!

I am flattered that you thought my movement at that time was good enough to post on the web, but it wasn't my intention for anyone else to have control of my video and post it as a showing what a system should be. I know longer train in that system and I don't want to pose as any representation of that system.

  • First off I am going to ask that you take my video down as this is me in the video performing the techniques and did not give you permission to post this here. If this video remains I will contact the proper channels to have your account closed or removed. Furthermore I do not train in tracys any more because I found that it lacks the street selfdefense concepts that I currently learn in as practioner or American Kenpo. The question you should be asking yourself is why did I switch systems.

  • Exellent form~! Exellent speed, power and co-ordination of technique~!

BTW the music it stone cold bad for working out~!

  • this is adult kenpo

  • im a yellow in chinese kenpo and we never leared any of that!!!! but i AM a junior...

  • right?! haha, i didnt know fang of the cobra ad a B. and our knee of vengeance is a little longer

  • Nice

  • I haven't watched Tracys kenpo in the past. It seems smooth and nice and easy for a white belt to learn. I've posted a video response of my kenpo yellow belt techniques. Feel free to write your opinion. Thanks for sharing.

  • tripl cut is added ont he adult book =[]

  • I study kenpo too(parker style and dragon kenpo) and your smooths are really good. You probably could have your own home study course for tracy kenpo.

  • This is the best Yellow Belt techniques video I have found on Youtube! I just wish I could put it in slow motion ~ since I am just learning these moves and want to perfect them. :)

  • uh no that is the tracy's yellow belt. but i dont know when tripple cuts were added thats a new one on me.

  • i saw it on al tracy's site... he lists as a bonus technique..

  • This is shortened Kenpo, it only has the first half of the moves for each technique compared to the Ed Parker System (and even then that's only half the technique that you learn later on). Saying that though your techniques are very clean & powerful!

  • It isn't shortened Kenpo, the techniques just aren't complete on this video. There is much more to them. Trust me...

  • What is triple cuts, ive never heard of it or had to learn in it my training at all, is it homegrown?

    Thanks

  • could you post a video of different belts. I like your video and you have good style. Thanx
