@KlunkerRider - I got mine at Hobbyco in Sydney, Australia. It's actually a keyring - hence my reference to the button making his head light up, it's an LED torch too. I cut the keyring off his leg, and it's fairly close to scale for my 1:20.3 train.
Would suggest you look for places that sell toys or top gear merchandise.
