Absolutely brillaint advert, a classic from 1993. Did you know that in 1994, there was a longer 40 second version that had slightly altered dialouge (without the 'the lads a frenchman' line which i think almost got it banned).

Of course, as we all know, this was not the last time Tango decided to make fun of the french. Surely if you've seen this advert on youtube you've seen the blackcurrant tango one.

I've read something that confirms that it was indeed Hugh Dennis who played the part of Ralph. After thinking that it was Sid for all of these years, that's definitely a shock to the system.
