I Clicked on "return computer back to factory condition" and all that happens is the little blue circle above the cursor keeps spinning. Nothing has happened yet for over an hour and there is no indication of any hard drive activity and I was able to start firefox and type this message. How long should this take and what messages should I be getting?

as far as im aware that only works with laptops that come with a part of the hard drive reserved for the original factory image, otherwise if its anything like mine it requires a operating system disc to factory reset, which sucks because i use an oem so im kinda screwed there i guess
