If you are having difficulty you can test and balance each others chakras. Lay down. Have a friend hold the pendulum over each chakra. If one swings different than the others. get a glass of water. While swingng the pendulum with one hand two fingers of the opposite hand in the water. Do not remove the fingers until the pendulum swings the other way. When it does, this means that chakra has been balanced. Dump the water down the toilet, wash hands and glass. Test again in about ten minuets.
