Whether Romney recognizes it or not, it is his healthcare plan that he implemented in Massachusetts that Barack Obama used as the model for Obamacare. That Obama did not consult Romney on it's implementation on the federal level is immaterial. The fact remains that Romney provided Obama the model that Obama wanted for healthcare and now we have it, however much or little we like it. The source is Mitt Romney's plan.
