OK... first, you NEVER pop a sty. Bad, bad, BAD idea. Here's how you treat a sty: apply a hot compress once every 2 hours, and the sty will resolve itself. Popping it opens a pathway for INFECTION. Your eyes sit right in front of your brain. Do you want an infection there?  Uh... no. No, you don't. NEVER pop a sty on your eye. Treat with hot compresses and it will normally resolve in about 36 hours.
