Thank you for providing us with such great and lively music! It represents the joy and spirit of the Poles of the highlands. I am a second-generation Polish-American, and I so love my Polish culture! My "Babcia" and my mother always talked to me about the "Gorale". Babcia came from Krosno (?) which is near Krakow. Does anyone know about this village? Her name was Tekla Uchman and she was born in 1867. Would love to hear from anyone. Dziekuje. Frania1

Krosno is in the Podkarpackie Province which is Province to the right of Province that Krakow is located. My g-grandparents came from villiages surrounding Krosno. Hope that helps
