you did a great cover and the voice of an angel...race my friends has nothing to do with the Murphy's, we Irish were the ones that were drawn as monkeys by the English pricks , starved , and kicked from our country then forced to fight for a country that hated us and wanted us wiped from this earth........WERE STILL HERE and thanks to a great song for the soldiers who passed....and thanks for singing this song Sweets..
I'm not often impressed with covers songs, but this really is beautiful! The way you sing makes it sound even more meaningful than it already it. GREAT JOB! regards from belgium
I'm sorry I don't know this song or who DropKick Murphys is, but I think you did a really good job on it. Lovely, it's very peaceful sounding despite what's being sung about, war. Ameril said it best. Great singing, Kitana. :)
I'm a drop kick Murphy's fan, but their resent effort is nothing on the The Fureys or clancy brothers original versions Everyone should thank Eric Bogle for writing this song titled no man's land in the 70's as it is top tune. Anyway nicely done!!!!
The song's message isn't specifically that "war doesn't solve anything".
More precisely, the lyrics try to convey that the toll war takes on us is often in vain, as we -- human beings -- will always have something to fight over, whether it's something new or something we've fought over before.
Slavery and fascism, while not abundant, are still present in the world. Holocaust is a by-product of xenophobia, which still rages as fiercely as it ever has. The only thing war abolishes is life.
Don't know nothing about white power but kitana is giving a nice salute to all young men from all colours who died so bravely in this european slaughter and collective suicide...
nice spelling;)

War solves a lot of things...
..like the holocaust, slavery, and fascism.
They arn't around anymore because of war.
I like the song though..even if I don't believe in it's message.

If you truly believe that genocide, slavery and fascism are gone, I envy your naivety.

Blood Red Eagle is probably the best band from Australia, except for Fortress maybe.

I liked this song better in the 80's and the 90's when only white power bands played it.
