Case is the guy who wrote the Plimsouls songs (like A Million Miles Away) and has about a dozen great solo acoustic albums. there's a huge set of case covers "A Case for Case", 3 CDs, that came out a couple of years ago.

PC plays mostly in Open C. His songs are usually tough to figure out. I can't get anything to sound like much with that tuning.
