According to Buddha, there is no God. Am I correct? His philosphy is all about mind and wisdom. But, the people regard him as God and worship him. Moreover, in Sri lanka many children at very young age(<10) from poor families are sent to "Pansala" (temple) to become as monks. They have to dress like monks and study buddhism and work as helpers for older monks.. Some of them are sexually got abused too. They are separeted from the rest. Their normal chilhood is stolen. isn't that bad? Abuse?

In SL, kids from the village and poor families are sent temple to become as monks, others study in good schools. In SL monks are busy involved in politics. They expect the people, politicians listen to them like those days in western countries. Moral value? @BuddhistDevotion I also love Sinhala language as I love Tamil language. The Sinhala script is so beautiful. I learned the Sinhala alphabet back in the 1990s and son after learning Sinhala alphabet, I learned the Tamil alphabet and til date, I have not forgotten them. I still remember them to this day.
