Hi, about the correct pronunciation : If you goto asus' website or even here on youtube, look for ASUS UNVEILING for any product. The ASUS guy will clearly pronounce it as "AY SOOS"
TaranLeo80, I'm not sure. I no longer have the device. My guess is that it can be used as a NAS but probably only with FAT32 and perhaps EXT2 or EXT3. As usual, I recommend you google it.
siralexu, my RT-N16 was recently stolen but in my opinion it had better reception than the Netgear WNR3500L, possibly because of the external antennas vs internal antennas
in your opinion which is the best? i need something can pass through from my basement to my ground level and my 1st floor with a strong signal so i can stream hd movies
I got this router myself. It's really good, but the original firmware SUCKS. It slows down the router - Therefore I downloaded the alternative firmware, "Tomato", and it just works like a charm - No speed-drops anymore!
lol @ Aces... such an Australian way to pronounce it.

Could you please let me know if the drive connected to the USB ports can be used as NAS? And if the USB ports supports NTFS or just FAT32 format.
Thanks
