dabigbadwarboss, you can be both. there are 3 cop cars and 35 street racing cars. mia isnt in this game. in cop mode you crash into criminals untill their car gets totalled. the faster you total their car, the more money you get. the least ive gotten is $18,176 from a chase session. if you are wondering, the cop cars are as follows: Mustang GT, Lamborghini gallardo, and a low profile porsche 911 gt2. the best car to start out in is the camaro SS. i hope that answers all of your questions.

its not hard to get any car u want in this game on xbox 360 because u can just buy them with microsoft points, even right at the start of the game u an buy a ford gt, porche gt, lamborghineie merchlargo, bugatti veyron and loads of different cars for around 250 microsoft points
