the notes and patterns in this song are very similar to the ones of ave maria by schubert.

thats why the 2 songs have this similar insistent/impressive upsoaring atmosphere (designated for funerals)

(i dont like the singing in this one too much though - i just wish people who produce beats wouldnt loop that much for singers/rappers and make more standalone instrumental tracks)

Not bad choices...it's always a very personal thing to pick that kind of song. I think I'm going to have to buy this Nicolay album though. My other fave of his is '1st Date ft. Von Pea' - a much lighter track.
