Even the salvation figures were better made than these, i mean playmates may not be perfect, but they don't put out stuff nearly as crappy as these a team toys. Its just such a disappointment to those of us who like the movie and wanted decent toys...
I got three, THREE completley different t-800/t-R.I.P 6" AND 4.75" and ALL of them the right arm broke off at the elbow. I gave up trying to buy those.
apart from these disrespectful comments, i would like to see you all start your own company and make toys for a blockbuster film with 4 military characters and the use of an AC-130J in one scene? so shut up, they're heaps good figures, just depends if you get the lucky figures or the not so lucky figures
Saw these new A team toys at my target the other day, looked at all the figures and the van and i gotta say im really dissapointed, these all seem like really crappy toys. Wish a better toy company had got the license to do these toys.
@dimeyoung74 I agree, they were selling the 12 inch figures and they looked HORRIBLE! But would u had buy the 3" ones to look good along with GI Joe figures?
The one you got looks decent at least. The one I got had god awful doors. None of them would stay closed and when they were open they would jiggle. Major quality control issues on this one. I was so disappointed that I ended up returning mine for a refund, actually. Glad you at least got driver and passenger doors that closed, though.
Sean Long made a really good point. If you have a Marvel Universe Punisher you could use the van with him. For custom kats they could just paint it all black, may be with some silver details or something.
I was surprised to see this retail for $30 at Target (only place I've seen it so far), but I guess it's the electronics. So very lame that there's no detailing at all on the bottom, considering the price. Very sloppy door-work =x The front and back look fine, but the sides are really plain. And yeah, it is bull that they didn't have the backdoors open. The sound is horrible, could've completely done without especially if the price could've been lower. And LOL at the seating problems.
Funny how the 80's toy version was much better than this. You could take the top off the van and fit all the figures in them. I used to mix up the A Team figures with the GI Joe. And shall I say, the 80's toys were made much better than today.
I had the original die cast A-team van from the 80's that had a molded BA Barracus in the drivers seat, I loved that thing and kept it pretty prestine it was cool because it fit the 6 inch figures if you crammed them in the back seat, certainly this A-team van isn't as durable but stil a decent looking vehicle...I think this is a pick up for me, yeah the back doors should really open up, seems like it would have been an obvious move and no colouring on the dash? still want to pick it up though
I got all the the figures except the CIA guy, I really want to get this van. I think it would be cool to have even with GI Joes or my Marvel Universe Punisher that's coming. Are these at target now? can't wait for the movie... Great review!
I love this van but the door is a joke and its a little too big in scale for 3/3/4 figures... That said I own 2 {=

this whole "line" (and i use that word VERY loosely) is garbage.
it's one step up from those generic military figures that poor kids are unfortunately forced to play with...
$25 for that?
really, did they sell the license to the lowest bidder? Jazwares needs to stick to old Mortal Kombat figures.

Does anybody think that the A Team figures would look good with the GI Joes?

I think this van is sort of a cheap design. A lot more effort could've been put in to it. Overall, it's sorta mediocre and pretty disappointing :(

@DOTD25 Ah, wouldn't be a good Punisher van, with the second row of seats, and a not usable... back section?
But blah blah...

looks like the A-team line is just full of fail when it comes to obvious design problems and missed opportunities
