Any fair defender would smack the shit out of the ball.
When you plant your foot on the opposite side of the rim, I automatically know what you're going to do. You could try a fake, but I really doubt that would work.
A "reverse mikan" (whatever the hell that is), is just a lazy reverse layup.
@Paradox313 The reverse Mikan is a variation of the Mikan Drill. This is named after George Mikan who is the father of modern post play. The drill is a basic one used by coaches in almost all levels of play.
@Paradox313 Well,..seeing how the drill was started for a 6'10" man and was used to establish his ability to shoot hook shots with both hands equally well, it's safe to say that it will look a bit different when a high school girl is doing the drill. I'm not trying to debate stereotypes of women's sports. Just responding to your comment of "A "reverse mikan" (whatever the hell that is), is just a lazy reverse layup".
@Paradox313 But if watching high school girls do a basketball drill and you commenting how you could block their shot makes you feel more like a man, then by all means continue your efforts.

@jokerisms
So, what's your point? Are you trying to justify the laziness of that reverse layup?
All this video does is further strengthen the stereotype that Women's sports suck.

@jokerisms
So in other words, yes. You are trying to justify the laziness of that reverse layup.
Womens sports or not, lazy in practice = lazy in games.
