Dude this is SWEET! But what happens when the HD2500 crashes? No back up? And what if your client (whoever is paying you for the gig) hands you a cd and asks you to play #5?
Hi, You can use the hd2500 as a Cd player, if you buy the BU4500 CD draws too. It has a built in hardrive, so yes - put the songs on it via computer at home, then you don't have to take a computer to the gig : )
hello, i want to buy this as a step up from the dnd4500. i have a question though. with the hd2500, will i be able to create a playlist, press play and let it go through it at a gig without the music stopping. automatic play basically with autofade. -im asking cause ive been to gigs where ive been really sick so i let my cousin take over. the problem is that he DOESNT know the music...he has no clue what to put next. if it can do what im asking...ill buy it.
Yo Billie, How long have you been running the DH-2500, any problem with going from hardrive to Ipod to internal drive? Has the 2500 ever ask you to create a database in the middle of a show? That was the problem i had with mine and 2 other that my DJ's bought did the same thing.
nah man i havent had any problems usually if i want to plug an ipod in i create the database before hand so i can quickly switch from internal to ipod to external.
whats up man. iwant denon man because it beat having alaptop and other stuff to run it.for $700 u can't beat it because i got hard drive with 2500 songs on it.
the denon is defantly worth the money for it! it works great, sounds great and looks great! it is also very user friendly and profesional i have never had it crash on me or anything that could ruin a party. you can use the 40 gig inturnal harddrive and also hook up any ipods, exturnal harddrives or even use it as a midi controler! i would recomend getting it. the fight case is also great, it is cheaper than most
denon is what to look up to when buying gear. deffantly dont by it when just starting because you could use that money to by alot more gear that is cheaper... if you need any help on gear to by just ask
yeah thats what i started out with ummm i wouldnt recommend any behringer i had the BCD2000 and it wasnt that great. i dont know much about the BCD3000 check out some numark computer controllers there great for beginners and i hear there pretty reliable

R U able 2 load Cd's into the hard drive?
1trunigga 4 years ago
if you rip the cd's onto your computer you can move the song files onto the hard drive of the player
billleethekid 4 years ago
you can also buy the cd drive to connect to the controller and then you choose cd instead of hdd.
