That song is a famous Kurdish song that has "Halparke" in the chorus, which means dance. It is a typical song to dance to and if you don't like or understand it, then that's your problem. But for Kurds we express our joy and appreciation through dance. Also Nazeri doesn't seem bothered by it, seeing as he understand his Kurdish people.
