Dan Ryan Builders sucks!!!! DO NOT buy a house from them!!!! I've lived in one of their trash heaps for 5 years (since it was built). They look pretty from the outside, but they are made with the cheapest products on the inside. In the 5 years since it's been built, I've had half the siding fall off, sewer problems due to improper grading, furnace needed to be completely replaced and the roof is leaking. NONE were covered by their "warranty"
