@atl25795 I just soaked it in some water and picked out strand by strand with a metal pick. once you get pass the tip its fairly easy but you have to keep it wet though.

What I do to help my dreads stay thicker is twist them less. After about 6 months I began to twist them every 2 months. My dreads have gotten a third thicker than they original were.

@stana321 I started with the two strand twist. It didnt take very long for me for the twist pattern to go away. It loc'd in like 3 months, and the twist pattern was gone completely by month 5. Stick it out, itll come out nice. Your hair gonna shrink baack up short tho. but you know thats how it go...

i got two strands ma self it much easier to manage and u get a better lock texture. it just a take a while for the strands to disappear. i think it looks the best of all other methods. if ya need tips on maintenace let me know
