  • If you can solve a picture cube (for turning the centers) and a 3x3x5 will you be able to solve this with not problem at all?

  • one thing, OH SH*T

I didn't even know it could be moved like a 3x3x3 until you started doing it XD

  • can you tell me where can I buy good 4x4x4 or 2x2x2 that are good

  • @MrCar651 Shengshou brand is good look on HKnowstore

  • wow thats hard

  • @cubingmaniac123 That's what she said.

  • Pro

  • nice cube

  • Boring? Nah, you got the best tutorials and solve videos. You've been really helpful to me. Btw, that 3x3x9 is awesome.

  • Could you please make a tutorial for solving the 3x3x9.

  • Is there a way I can apply this to my 3x3x7? If so, can you make a tutorial?

  • lol it would be funny to play the classical practical joke where take out a corner and rotate it 130 degrees

  • Damn. You gotta lot of puzzles.

  • Out of curiosity, what alg was that to solve the super cube part?

  • @R4nd0m0s1ty To twist the center on top and the center on the left do:

    (M E M') U (M E' M') U'

You can substitute U2 for both U's if you want the centers to twist 180 or you can do switch the U and U' to twist the center in the other direction.

  • @redkb Thanks, that'll really help me out when I messup a pattern on my mirror cube.

  • @R4nd0m0s1ty It's just like switching the centers on a normal 3x3. But when you go to put the centers back in place, you have to make sure to not reverse the moves you just did. One way to experiment is to pay attention to the direction the rubiks (or whatever brand) label is facing on a 3x3. I always solve mine with the bottom of the label facing red . . .

  • @Firebert79TA I knew there was a way but I never tried to find out how. Plus, on my mirror cube anyway, each side has ridges in the stickers. Quite annoying to look at when some centers are rotated.

  • omg he solves it faster than what i solve the 3x3x3

  • For christ's sake I still can't solve a 3x3 :'(

  • Please make more videos like this!

  • You have experience of solving this cube,I make my 3x3x12 scrambled who can help me,please hands up!

  • on your solve vidieos i learn how to solve the cube even whenyou say you wont make a how to solve

  • how did you do the timer?

  • Nice!! I'm too lazy to learn that

  • God that things look fucking awesome when it's scrambled

  • could you, throretically, solve it layer by layer? 1 layer after another, rather than starting with the equator?

  • @AgentKuo There are many ways to solve cubes, they just require different algs

  • It looks awesome scrambled!

  • clicked your add for ya haha and great vid!

  • thumbs up if you watched the whole thing

  • Kenneth thank you so much for all of your hard work on youtube if you never did i would never be inspired to cube and know cubing is like my whole life and i would never give it up for anything And i think i have a great life ahead of me considering I'm only ten. Thank you soooooo much your vids are awesome!!!!!! :D

  • 7:10??? That's COOLIOS!!! That's how long it took me to do my FIRST EVER rubiks cube solve!!! You might think that's bad but it was my FIRST EVER!!!! Now I can do Rubiks cubes in like 1min...15.....something like that!!! =D KEEP UP THE GREAT VIDS REDKB!!!! =D

  • dude!! how much was that cube that looks awesome!!!1

  • where do u get one of those? and i like what u did with those stacked like cubes on the front and also what is that black thing on the left? u r very intelligant

  • @toms49100 I got it from witeden .com. The black thing is my microphone.

  • @redkb thanks alot i will get it for xmas lol keep solving rubiks cubes ur really good at it :)

  • I solve it by solving it into a regular 3x3 then solve it as a 3x3 plus parity

  • In a way, is it like solving a 3x3x1, and then 4 3x3x2's?

  • hi

  • Solving each sandwiched 3x3x2 is pretty slow actually... you can basically go center layer, then do all the lower layers at once, then solve the upper layers all at once with domino moves. sometimes the upper layers won't all match each other and you have to go center-out domino style, but if you get lucky you can deal with them all at once.

  • You should do the cube in a cube in a cube etc pattern on that thing!

  • are the tinny layers same size as the c4u 3x3x7

  • @redkb 3x3x6 or 3x3x9 ??

  • do you know how to solve the parity? now my 3x3x9 is almost finished except for two pieces.there are two edges pieces located at the center layer which is in right position but wrong orientation; that is ; they are rotated 180 degrees.

  • Look for videos about solving parity on any cuboid with more than two layers, like a 3x3x4 or 3x3x7, etc.... that algorithm works on all of them. Even works on a 3x3x3 if you choose to solve it like a cuboid (only 180 degree turns on the imaginary "cuboid" sides)

  • im french i can't understand what you say but i love your video :) (sorry for ma very bad english)

  • pick my Celtic tetrahedron from Shapeways. It turns super good!

  • my record with the 4x4 is 8min or something

  • I was worried about which side you would solve first since there's no red side :(

  • Wow that didn't take as long as I thought! Good work man

  • have you solved the latch cube yet?

  • @FamGuyFan7733 Haven't turned it in ages.... So... nope.

  • You sounded sick in this video. Something wrong?

  • @videocatcher234 hmm. Nope. Although it was very late when I did the voice-over.

  • You are the coolest cuber ever!

  • You're the man... keep it up

  • the edge need to be solve like a 7x7 or a 9x9 or a 5x5

  • I was thinking about ordering one of these, what can I expect for shipping? How long should it take?

  • @D4rkSilhouette Many stores have free but very slow shipping. It took over two weeks to get mine.

  • @redkb

    ohhh

  • Easy.

  • Dear Kenneth a.k.a. redkb,

Where can you get a proportional 3x3x5, 3x3x7, 3x3x9. I really like shape shifting puzzles such as a 2x2x4 or a 2x4x6. I would love it if you showed me where to buy one instead of making one because I failed the process of making it. Yours Truly, 1120A21

  • @1120A21 If they made proportional one, I'd buy them too.

  • @redkb aren't you getting crazy cuz the 9 layers the cube is so omg.

  • @1120A21 not those, but a proportional 3x4x5 is sold by mf8

  • Comment removed

  • I definitely approve of the new system for doing solve videos that you're developing. I like seeing the timer in the bottom, because it gives me an idea for what type of time I'm looking for if I try to solve this on my own. In addition, your tips throughout are really helpful.

    Thanks for making great videos.

  • @redkb , I think you should be put in the Guiness book of world records or something. Even if your not a speed cuber specifically, the fact that you know and have taught yourself to solve these dozens and dozens of twisty Puzzles is more than impressive, and you deserve recognition outside of youtube!

  • wow a lot of views already

  • Boring :(

  • I really enjoy how you do the commentary, I find it very helpful and makes solve videos much more enjoyable. Please make more!

  • youre voice sounds strange xD

  • @IMigu11 I can't even hear his voice. :(

  • No dislikes yet! :D

  • are you going to make tutorials on your 3x3xX's??

  • Sorry dude I voted for why is the rubiks cube so hard to solve 9 times, s take away 8 of them. I just realized it should be what others want, not me. So take away 8 from why is the rubiks cube so hard sequel.

  • @coolster01 No worries. A lot of people have been spamming it. I can easily spot and remove the spam.

  • Do you know what the difference is between the 339 I and the 339 II?

  • I can't even solve 3x3x3 and I'm still watching these with joy.

  • You should use Traiphumi's method...

    Much easier/logic and faster.

    (The F5L)

  • @SilentEliminator Yup. I'm too lazy though. Even though it's faster and easier, I use what I know because for me it's the easiest.

  • Can you please make a update video when you show all your cubes/puzzles and their names because we want to know what cubes you always have in the background.

  • can you solve all the cubes you've ever owned?

  • what rubik puzzle u dont know how to solve? haha, ur so awesome.

  • Delayed 1st!

  • I want to see a guide :P

  • Nice solve! nice editing too!

You should get a LanLan Master Skewb :D ... (no idea how to solve mine... haha)

  • hey where did you get the puzzle ? :)

  • @dennis19101993 Witeden.com

  • @dennis19101993 he said its from witeden.com

  • is the middle layer similar to a 5x5x5 or 3x3x7?

  • @TheMrmongo911 its like a 3x3x7

  • I REALLY like the voting for the next video thing! Its so awesome!

  • @TheAKW1998 I need a disclaimer on the vote. I'm not letting everyone pick the next video, but rather I'd like to know what everyone thinks. I always make the video I'm most excited to make. So if the majority and I disagree, I'll probably go with my gut.

  • 9th

  • @kryzys9sz ur 10th

  • 8TH YAY

  • 7th

  • 6th

  • 100th

  • How do u get the timer on the bottom screen?

  • @thecustomcuber101 Editing Magic... :D It was actually very hard. I can't explain it in a comment.

  • hooray!

  • yay new!
