The chinese fans did not fail him- I heard that the Chinese NBA website did not count the votes because of a computer clitch. My neighbors brother works for the NBA. I asked him why the China site was taking votes hours after the voting dealine and he told me the site wasn't working. It explains why Joe came in third.

He also spoke in front of the Chinese fans when the Bucks played the Warriors in China. They were saying the Warriors were shocked to see Joe Alexander speaking in Mandarin-Chinese.

Joe Alexander was actually born in Taiwan. He also went to International school in China, where he played some basketball. He's also said that he considers Beijing his hometown. Joe Alexander speaks Mandarin-Chinese.

Mandarin the major dialect spoken in China. Other players such as Yi Jianlian, speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.

Hey Joe, here is an idea for "Vote for Joe".

Write 'Vote' on your palm & slap the backboard as high as U can.

Once the camera gets the whole footage, U can freeze the frame while you're suspended in mid-air & read 'Vote' on the other side of the transparent backboard.
