i enjoy and appreciate your lessons and covers, do you think you could do a lesson on the harmonica for "long may you run" by neil young sometime in the near future?
@HEARTHEANGELSVOICES I've heard of a lot of different names for a harmonica but I gotta say that's a new one for me. Thanks for stopping by and commenting
Thanks George. Love your posts. Really helpful for beginners who would like to just produce a song to help them on their way. Gives great heart to hear a tune actually managed.
You're a very good teacher, George. You go through the song thoroughly and well, which isn't too common with lots of youtube teachers. I'm glad to see that there's still one person on Youtube that takes pride in their instruction, and also, digging your cap! Tahanks!
Could you please teach the Unplugged version of "Old Laughing Lady"?
It's a great song, and the live acoustic version (in G?) is incredible, but I can't get the harmonica intro...It doesn't really follow the melody....You, however, probably already know it. :) Cheers!
@belikewater001 I know the Old Laughing Lady in a different key with alternate tuning. Do you have a link for the version you're talking about? Cheers
@GeorgeGoodmanDotCom .Hi George.....Yes, in fact...These probably aren't real popular (here, at least) , but I'd like to learn how to accompany myself while I play guitar ) on"You Win Again & "I Heard That Lonesome Whistle" by Hank....Thanks again! Let me know if you have any cd's out....
Hello i know the first solo on harmonica but i wanna learn the second and the thirrd. Ddo you know where i can find a video who explain me how i can do it? Thank you and you are very good
@francisgr13 You can find the harmonica tabs for all the harmonica sections on my site. Let me know if that helps. If you're still having trouble, let me know and I'll work on a video that just goes through the harmonica stuff. Cheers, George
You're welcome. let me just say thanks again. i'm still having a little trouble playing the guitar and harmonica at the same time. i have tried to learn shelter from the storm by Bob Dylan but there's no videos for it. i've also looked every where for the harmonica part but i can't find it anywhere. i'd really appreciate it if you made a video for it. thanks.
@alllanggg My suggestion when learning a song on guitar and harmonica is to make sure that you have each part down before putting them together. Did you go to my site to see the harmonica tabs? I'll look into Shelter From The Storm. Dylan is also one of my favourites. Cheers
wow man not only are you a great guitar play you are a great singing nice good job
