Excellent job on your slideshow! I loved visiting the Mitaka Museum. It was one of my favorite field trips the first time I went to Japan. We went at the same time too! I first visited in summer of 2006. Got to see the film where the little boy grows a galaxy. Super fun!

Yeah, it does sound like a lot. It's not though, and the experience of the Ghibli Museum is so worth it. It's actually a bargain price for what you get. Just make sure you get your tickets from a travel agency or online before you go to Japan. I met a few people who didn't, and they couldn't get in.

Tickets for the Ghibli Museum are 1000 yen. Google for the voucher system. Please note that you need to buy tickets in advance, at the first day of the month previous to your stay in Japan. No tickets are sold at the door. Have fun!

1000 yen is about 10 American dollars. Not much at all, and the museum is worth soooo much more. It's an incredible experience. Go, you won't be sorry.

Yes, Japan is extremely costly. I was lucky that I had a place to crash. I guessed I am pretty lucky.

My Neighbor Totoro is my favorite and my second is Howls Moving Castle and third is Only Yesterday.. Its so hard to choose though! They are all so brilliant in their own way! I also am a huge fan of the music, what about you? Whats your favorite film?

2)Spirited Away
