Ok yeah he was funny and wrote some very funny stuff in the late seventies - early eighties but he peaked and 4 albums was enough. This is sad here, talk about dumbing down of music, he packaged his lifestyle and sold out, selling burgers to the bovine masses. where the heck is the integrity? Dylan, Neil Young, Van Morrison, Zevon, have much more credibility, shame on Buffett who at one point had talent.

I think Jimmy Buffet is still in pretty good health but fear he may retire. He is ultra-wealthy and would likely enjoy the life he has devoted his life to singing about. He is also a workaholic, so my fear is he will retire rather than die.
